In today's fast changing world, the requirement to be smart is essential. Whose responsibility is it to teach out children how to be smart. How do you teach someone how to be smart? Here are some great ways to teach people how to be "smart".
Programming - The logic it takes to program can help any student develop skills nessesary to quickly think logically and efficiently.
Sodoku - This game is fun for some and drudgery for others. Number crunching games also stimulates the mind and also develops logic.
Real Life - Many people agree that memorizing facts and figures don't relate well to real life. Classes and teachers involving students in real life scenarios is a great way to teach intelligence.

Are You the Smartest Professor Ever?
Many teachers and students wonder what credentials are needed to produce the smartest professor ever. Sure you obviously need to be smart, but what else is required? Here's a unique list of criteria that needs to be met to ensure your professor is the smartest ever.
Quick on his/her feet - when presented a unique idea or question in class, this professor responds quickly as if the question that was asked is part of their lecture.
Humble - A professor can not nominate himself or herself to be the smartest.
Computers - In my field of study, the professor needs to be very fluent in Windows, Macintosh, Linux, and many more in order to answer questions and help students.
Physical Appearance - Not only does a teacher or professor need to act smart, but they also need to look smart. Glasses are a plus.
All these and many more really promote smart teacher. Is your professor the smartest ever?
